31. A clear tendency

What do the declarations of human rights tell us? Different things of course. But I think about one particular thing. That is; that humans show a clear tendency, to start to oppress other humans if that isn’t prevented. And people start to cheer their oppressor. Because of that, communities become so bad that such declarations have been written.
