West of Røytjønn / Røytjern (Char Lake). A creek called Røya (The Char) flows out at the west end of the lake.
This is a wetland area. Around the lake, there are both dry grounds, and wet grounds.
It is necessary to have rubber boots with one here; but, if you also have light shoes, it is possible to use them on dry grounds.
There are many bogs here; some parts of them can be dangerous.
If you walk to this lake without rubber boots, you will be very wet on your feet before you are here.
